Clinton alone has reduced the number of Teens that are sexually active.
Last year they would have had to answer yes to the Question about sexual activity.
Now they are not sexually active.
Now they never were sexually active.
Now they are doing what they did last year.
The president has enabled the raging hormones to be released with out the use of sex.
